विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी के क्षेत्र  योगदान देने वाले प्रख्यात वैज्ञानिकों से नामांकन मांगे

Chandigarh, August 1- Haryana State Council  for Science, Innovation and Technology has invited nominations from eminent scientists who have made their outstanding contribution in the field of science and technology for Haryana Vigyan Ratna Awards and Haryana Yuva Vigyan Ratna Awards for the year 2020.  Nominations should reach the Council’s Office by August, 31, 2020.

          While giving this information here today, an official spokesman said that a cash prize of  Rs. 4 lakh, citation and a trophy will be given under the Haryana Vigyan Ratna Award, while a cash reward of Rs, 1 lakh, citation and a trophy will be given under the Haryana Yuva Vigyan Ratna Award.

          Haryana Vigyan Ratna Awards will be given to eminent scientists above 40 years of age, while Haryana Yuva Vigyan Ratna Awards will be given to eminent scientists below 40 years of age.

          He informed that the cut-off date for determining the age of 40 years for nominations of Haryana Yuva Vigyan Ratna Awards is December 31, 2020 and only fresh nominations will be entertained.
