Leh, Sep 10 2021 As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, three new positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday, all three in Leh. While a total of 1709 sample reports in UT Ladakh – Leh: 706 and Kargil: 1003, 1706 were found negative.
No death from Covid-19 was reported in UT Ladakh yesterday.
The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged two patients yesterday, two were discharged from Leh. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh is 40; 37 in Leh and 3 in Kargil district.
The bulletin further informs that 1887 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 511 and 284 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltse and Upshi check posts.
