77 lakh farmer families will get Rs 1540 crore

CM Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan will transfer the amount under Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojna to the farming families of 44 districts of the state in their accounts with a single click on October 23rd. In this programme of Mukhyamantri Kisan-Kalyan Yojana, about 50 lakh people will join on various platforms of social media. The programme will be held on Saturday, October 23 at 11:30 am through video conferencing at Minto Hall, Bhopal. Districts with Model Code of Conduct have not been included in this programme.

CM Shri Chouhan received information about the programme outline in a meeting called at his residence today. Principal Secretary to Chief Minister and Revenue Shri Manish Rastogi informed that Rs 1540 crore is being provided to 77 lakh farmer families of the state under the scheme. This amount being given to the farmers in the state level programme is for the financial year 2021-22. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan will symbolically give installments of the scheme to 5 farmers with his own hands in the programme. Necessary preparations have been completed by the Revenue Department regarding the programme.
