When you have a hormonal imbalance, you see a little or too much change in hormones. Even tiny changes impact your whole body. While some hormone levels fluctuate throughout your lifetime and may just be the result of natural aging, other changes occur when your endocrine glands get disturbed.

  • Say no to packaged food – Packaged food is easy to eat as no energy is consumed to cook food. But processed food is bad for your health as it does not contain any of the nutrition, and only adds into the calories which makes you look fat.
