Under the supervision of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Tejinder Singh Dhindsa, Executive Chairman, Punjab State Legal Services Authority, Mohali and the able guidance of Sh. Tarsem Mangla, Learned District & Sessions Judge- cum -Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Patiala, National Lok Adalat pertaining to all types of pre litigative cases and cases pending in various courts/ Permanent Lok Adalats except non-compoundable criminal cases, is going to be held in District Patiala on 14.5.2022.

A meeting was also held by Sh. Tarsem Mangla, Ld. District & Sessions Judge-cum-Chairman, District Legal Services Authority Patiala on 6.5.2022 with the representatives of private banks in ADR Centre, District Courts, Patiala. During this meeting, they were apprised of the benefits of Lok Adalats by Sh. Tarsem Mangla, Ld. District & Sessions Judge, Patiala.
They have further been apprised that purpose of holding the National Lok Adalat is to settle the disputes amicably and save the time and money of people. Further they were requested to identify the cases, so as to maximum number of pre-litigative cases may be filed and disposed off in the upcoming National Lok Adalat. Smt. Monica Sharma, Civil Judge (Senior Judge), Sh. Amit Malhan, CJM and Ms Sushma Devi, CJM-cum-Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Patiala were also present in this meeting.
