Nehru Yuva Kendra Amritsar, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India in collaboration with District Enterprise and Employment Bureau, organized a career counseling and career counseling program for youth under Atma Nirbhar Abhiyan.

The chief guest of the program was Vikramjit Gill, Deputy Director, District Enterprise and Employment Office. Other speakers of the program were Satinder Singh from District Employment Office, as well as District Career Advisor Jasbir Singh, and District Career  Counseling Officer Mr. Gaurav Kumar.

The program started with the speech of Akanksha Mahawaria, District Youth Officer, Nehru Yuva Kendra, Amritsar. After welcoming all the guests, she apprised the participants of the program about the Nehru Yuva Kendra organization as well as the objectives of the program.

After this, the Deputy Director of the District Employment Office shared his words with the youth and told them about the programs being run by the District Employment Office.

After this, Satinder Singh ji told the participants about joining the Har Ghar Rozgar Yojana being run by the Punjab Government and its working.

Shri Jasbir Singh and Gaurav Kumar told the participants about the achievements that can be earned in future and by providing answers on the questions of the youth, they advised them to choose the right career and be successful in the chosen career.

In this program, along with Rohil Kumar Katta, Accounts and Program Assistant of Nehru Yuva Kendra Amritsar, youth coming from various youth circles of Nehru Yuva Kendra Amritsar as well as skill development being run by District Administration Amritsar through District Employment Office. Around 70 youths were present from the centres.
