Bhagwan Kaur (109) w/o late Bachan Singh, resident of village Mallah, Jagraon (district Ludhiana).
Bhagwan Kaur, as per her memory, has voted more than 100 times in all levels of election.
SDM Vikas Hira informed that she refused to vote by postal ballot as she said that she would like to cast her vote by visiting nearest polling station. In spirit of free, fair and accessible election to all, it was ensured to her family that a dedicated vehicle with assistance will be provided to her on polling day as well as to all similar senior citizen voters in Jagraon assembly constituency.
SDM Jagraon was accompanied by SVEEP nodal officer, concerned booth level officer (BLO) and sector magistrate.
