The district administration Barnala has completed its arrangements for holding mega mega job fairs on Sep 29 and Sep 30 at the Guru Gobind Singh College Sanghera under the Ghar Ghar Rozgar scheme.
Giving this information the Deputy Commissioner Barnala Mr Tej Pratap Singh Phoolka said that Punjab government was holding job fairs across the state. Under this initiative the District Employment and Enterprise Bureau (DBEE) Barnala was holding these job fairs on Sep 29 and Sep 30. These fairs are being held in accordance with the covid protocols laid down by the Punjab government. He called upon the unemployed and those interested in better employment avenues to be a part of these job fairs.
He added that the applicants can get themselves enrolled on www.pgrkam.com wherein they could apply for employment and self-employment opportunities. One can also call the DBEE Baranala at 94170-39072 for further help.

–10th to Post graduate students can take benefit
District Employment Generation Officer Gurtej Singh said that students who have passed 10th, 12th, graduation and post graduation can participate in the job fairs that are being help on Sep 29 and Sep 30 from 10 am to 5 pm. Students should reach Sanghera college by 9:30 am. Those students who have not got themselves registered online can opt for on the spot registration too.
Also more than 30 companies are participating in these job fairs include Trident Limited, IOL Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Limited, Pukhraj Healthcare Private Limited, Teleperformance, Bharti Airtel , Vardhman Textile and others.
