SDM Zanskar reviews arrangements for upcoming Zanskar Winter Sports and Youth Festival under Khelo India
KARGIL JANUARY 11, 2021: In order to review the arrangements regarding the upcoming Zanskar Winter Sports and Youth Festival under Khelo India in Zanskar, a meeting was held under the chairmanship of Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Zanskar, Sonam Dorjay.
All the sub divisional officers attended the meeting.
During the course of meeting, the SDM Zanskar took a detailed review of the arrangements regarding the event and framed organizing committees in respect of the VVIPs reception, boarding and lodging, identification of sporting venues and other necessary arrangements.
The SDM stressed officers to make concerted efforts for successful completion of the event. He said that it is the first ever of its kind event going to be organized in the Sub Division, therefore all necessary arrangements should be made timely to execute it in a professional manner.
Later, the SDM Zanskar also held a separate meeting with the representatives of various religious and social organizations of the Sub Division and sought their cooperation for smooth and successful conduct of event.
