Leh, Sep 11: Commissioner/Secretary Finance, UT-Ladakh Rigzin Sampheal held a meeting with Chief Executive Councillor, LAHDC, Kargil, through video conference, to discuss the Revised Estimate 2020-21 and Budget Estimate  for the Financial Year 2021-22.
