Chandigarh, November 22- Haryana Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment, Sh. OP Yadav said that our ancestors made supreme sacrifices for the freedom of our country. To deliver message of patriotism, sacrifice and martyrdom to young generations, the Department of Information, Public Relations and Languages is organizing a digital exhibition in all the districts of the State. Showcasing the supreme history of freedom struggle under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav is the most commendable step taken by the Government.
Sh. O.P Yadav was interacting with the media persons during the inauguration of three-day digital exhibition event at Panchayat Bhawan, Narnaul today.

The Minister said that Haryana had made significant contribution in freedom struggle of our nation.
During the revolt of 1857 against the British rule, thousands of citizens sacrificed their lives in a single day on the land of Nasibpur village of Mahendragarh district. It is very important to inform our young generation about the history so that they would understand the importance of freedom.
Notably, this three-day organised exhibition event will be held on November 22, 23 and 24, 2021 from 10 am to 4 pm. In this exhibition, photo copies of important records preserved by the Archives Department will also been shown through digital medium.
