Chandigarh, February 20- Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Haryana, Sanjeev Kaushal said that SVAMITVA scheme is an important scheme of the Government and it has to be completed within the stipulated time period.

Kaushal said this during a review meeting held with the Deputy Commissioners on the SVAMITVA scheme held through video conferencing today.  He said that SVAMITVA scheme has been implemented countrywide, under which the registration of land inside Lal Dora is being done.  With this, the owners of the land will get their ownership rights and due to the registration of the land, the landowner can also take advantage of loan related schemes. During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioners also shared information about their respective districts.
