- Seeks report from DC and SSP Sangrur in 24 hours
CHANDIGARH, February 12 :
The Punjab State Scheduled Castes Commission has taken a suo-moto notice of forcefully stopping water supply to SC residents of Tolewal village in Sangrur district.
Ms Tejinder Kaur Chairperson of the commission said that commission has come to know through media that water supply to SC residents of Tolewal village in Sangrur district forcefully stopped by some residents of village.
The commission has sought a detailed report from Deputy Commissioner and Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Sangrur in 24 hours.
