As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, 03 new positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday. All of them were received by CMO Leh. No deaths were reported in UT Ladakh yesterday.

While a total of 227 sample reports were tested in UT Ladakh. 203 sample reports in Leh and 21 sample reports in Kargil were found to be negative.

With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh is 36; 34 active cases are in Leh district and 2 active cases in Kargil district. The bulletin further informs that 1511 passengers were screened at the KBR, Leh airport while 107 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltsi check post and 157 passengers were screened at Khangral check post.

As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, 1 new positive sample report of Covid-19 was received by CMO Leh. No deaths were reported in UT Ladakh yesterday.

While a total of 373 sample reports were tested in UT Ladakh. 287 sample reports in Leh and 83 sample reports in Kargil were found to be negative.

The bulletin further informs that 02 patients have been discharged. Both of them were discharged by CMO Leh. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh is 59; all the active cases are in Leh district. The bulletin further informs that 1506 passengers were screened at the KBR, Leh airport while 83 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltsi check post and 262 passengers were screened at Khangral check post

More than 15.54 Crore balance and unutilized vaccine doses still available with States/UTs

The Union Government is committed to accelerating the pace and expanding the scope of COVID-19 vaccination throughout the country. The nationwide COVID 19 vaccination started on 16th January 2021. The new phase of universalization of COVID-19 vaccination commenced from 21st June 2021. The vaccination drive has been ramped up through availability of more vaccines, advance visibility of vaccine availability to States and UTs for enabling better planning by them, and streamlining the vaccine supply chain.

As part of the nationwide vaccination drive, Government of India has been supporting the States and UTs by providing them COVID Vaccines free of cost. In the new phase of the universalization of the COVID19 vaccination drive, the Union Government will procure and supply (free of cost) 75% of the vaccines being produced by the vaccinemanufacturers in the country to States and UTs.

As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, 51 new positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday. 38 positive sample reports were received by CMO Leh and 13 positive sample reports were received by CMO Kargil. No deaths were reported in UT Ladakh yesterday.

While a total of 1348 sample reports were tested in UT Ladakh. 1038 sample reports in Leh and 253 sample reports in Kargil were found to be negative.

The bulletin further informs that 62 patients have been discharged. 51 patients were discharged by CMO Leh, and 11 patients were discharged by CMO Kargil.

With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh is 405; 320 cases in Leh and 85 cases in Kargil district.

The bulletin further informs that 1265 passengers were screened at the KBR, Leh airport while 186 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltsi check post and 234 passengers were screened at Khangral check post.

As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, 185 new positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday. 158 positive sample reports were received by CMO Leh and 27 positive sample reports were received by CMO Kargil. No deaths were reported in the UT yesterday.

While a total of 1166 sample reports were tested in UT Ladakh. 611 sample reports in Leh and 367 sample reports in Kargil were found to be negative.

The bulletin further informs that 130 patients have been discharged. 110 patients were discharged by CMO Leh and 20 patients were discharged by CMO Kargil.

With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh is 1020; 848 cases in Leh and 172 cases in Kargil district.

The bulletin further informs that 491 passengers were screened at the KBR Airport, Leh while 125 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltsi check post and 60 passengers were screened at Khangral check post.

No deaths were reported in the UT yesterday.
