Chandigarh, May 26: The Haryana Government has decided to organize vaccination camps for officers and employees working in the ‘Haryana Civil Secretariat’ in Sector-1 and the ‘New Haryana Civil Secretariat’ in Sector-17, Chandigarh.
Giving information about this, an official spokesperson said that on behalf of the Chief Secretary, all the Administrative Secretaries, the Joint Secretaries / Deputy Secretaries / Under Secretaries / Superintendents / Deputy Superintendents of the ‘Haryana Civil Secretariat’ and ‘New Haryana Civil Secretariat’ besides the Special Senior Secretaries and Directors have been directed to send the details of themselves and the employees of their respective offices to the Administrative Officer of the ‘Haryana Civil Secretariat’ so that the Vaccination-Camp can be organized. It has also been directed that the details of officers and employees name as well as whether they have got the first dose of vaccine or not, have to be given. If they have been vaccinated, then the date of the first dose or the second dose and the name of the vaccine company are also to be sent in the prescribed proforma.
