Chandigarh, October 22 – The newly elected Chairman of Haryana Housing Board and former MLA, Charkhi Dadri, Mr. Rajdeep Phogat, Chairman of Sugarfed and MLA, Shahbad, Mr. Ram Karan Kala and Chairman, Haryana Khadi and Village Industries Board and MLA of Narwana Mr. Ramnivas Surjakheda expressed gratitude to Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal and Deputy Chief Minister, Mr. Dushyant Chautala on their appointments. They further assured that they will work with complete honesty and loyalty and will make efforts to live up to their expectations.
Deputy Chief Minister, Mr. Dushyant Chautala today reached the Panchkula office of the newly appointed Chairmen as they took charge of their offices. While interacting with mediapersons all Chairmen said that their appointment is an example of strength of the Coalition Government. Mr. Phogat further added that he will make sincere efforts to complete the projects under the Housing Board and will meet the objective envisioned by Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi to ensure a house for all by the year 2022.
Likewise, Mr. Ramnivas Surjakheda, Chairman of Haryana Khadi and Village Industries Board and MLA from Narwana, said that they would try to promote industries in the rural area which will generate employment opportunities for the youth. He said that his appointment is dedicated to the former Deputy Prime Minister, Late Chaudhary Devi Lal as he had also started his political journey as the Chairman of Khadi and Village Industries Board. He said that he will follow his footsteps and fulfill the responsibility. Chairman of Sugarfed and MLA from Shahabad Ram Karan Kala said that he represents an Assembly constituency where the sugarcane yield is good and the Shahabad Cooperative Sugar Mill is one of the most reputed sugar mills of the country. He said that along with the income generated from sugarcane produce, such a technology has been developed so as to boost the farmers’ income from other crops as well, and it’s their objective that maximum farmers adopt this technology.
MLA, Mr. Ishwar Singh, Chief Administrator, Managing Director and Secretary of the respective Boards, other senior officers of the District Administration and family members of newly-appointed chairmen and their supporters were also present on this occasion.
