Ravi Dahiya to get cash reward of Rs 4 crore for winning a silver medal

Chandigarh, August 5:  Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal while congratulating Sh. Ravi Dahiya, for making India proud after winning silver medal in the Tokyo Olympics.

        The Chief Minister said that Ravi Dahiya has made the country and the state proud at the international level by winning a silver medal in wrestling in the Olympics.

        The Chief Minister announced that Ravi Dahiya, a resident of Sonipat district, would be given a cash reward of Rs 4 crore for winning a silver medal in the Olympics.  He will also be appointed to the post of Class-I officer.

        The Chief Minister further announced that Ravi Dahiya would also be provided a plot of HSVP at concessional rates.

Besides this, the Chief Minister also announced the construction of a Wrestling Indoor Stadium with modern world class facilities at Ravi Dahiya’s village Nahari.

Entire Haryana is proud of the good performance of the State’s players in Olympics, said Sh. Manohar Lal.
