Chandigarh, May 8: Haryana Government has decided to defer the election of Board of Directors of the Jind Central Cooperative Bank Ltd., Jind in view of lockdown due to a fresh surge in COVID-19 cases in the State which is scheduled on May 9, 2021.
Additional Chief Secretary, Cooperation Department, Sh. Sanjeev Kaushal has issued orders in this regard.
Further, the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Haryana is hereby authorized to defer the similar elections of other societies already fixed or scheduled prior to June, 30 2021 in view of the Pandemic realities and lockdown in the State, informed Sh. Sanjeev Kaushal.
Sh. Sanjeev Kaushal further informed that Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Rohtak, Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Jind, Chief Executive Officer/General Manager, the Jind Central Cooperative Bank Ltd., Jind have been appointed as member of Board of Administrators of the Jind Central Cooperative Bank Ltd., Jind for a period of six months from May 7, 2021 to November 6, 2021 or till the election is held whichever is earlier.
