At the camps held in Sarangarh-Bilaigarh district under ‘Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra Abhiyan’, as many as 8525 people have been issued Ayushman cards within three days from January 8 to January 10. Objective of Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra is to provide benefits of Central Government and State Government schemes to maximum number of beneficiaries by organizing camps in various parts of the country.
The camps under ‘Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra’ were organized in the following locations of the district- Barbhatha (A), Borida, Bardula, Tilaidadar, Dansara, Reda, Hardi Mein, Dabhra, Lodhia, Doomarpali, Gourdih, Bhinoda, Gagori, Bilaspur, Mudpar (S), Odakakan, Mohtara (N), where a large number of people got to avail numerous public welfare schemes. Important schemes of the Government of India for rural areas include Ayushman Bharat, PM Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana, National Rural Livelihood Mission, PM Awas Yojana (Rural), PM Ujjwala Yojana, PM Vishwakarma Yojana, PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, Kisan Credit Card, PM Poshan Abhiyan, Har Ghar Jal Jeevan Mission, Survey of villages and mapping (ownership) with improvised technology in rural areas, Jan Dhan Yojana, Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, Suraksha Bima Yojana, Atal Pension Yojana, Nano Fertilizer, Sickle Cell. , Anemia Eradication Mission, Post Matric Scholarship Scheme, Forest Rights Patta Individual and Collective, Van Dhan Vikas Kendra Scheme. Stalls of various departments were set up at the camps. Beneficiaries were provided free health check-up facility at the health department stall and they were also provided medicines prescribed.
