New buildings to be constructed for 7 organizations managed by Social Welfare Department in Mana Camp

To express the deepest emotions, there is no need for language. When Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai reached the children’s home for divyang children operated by the Social Welfare Department in Mana Camp, he recognised the expression of birthday wishes conveyed in sign language by mute children, and in return, he showered them with love. Along with this, he also announced a budget of Rs 25 crore for their new building.
In consonance with ‘Modi’s Guarantee’, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai is actively engaged in the mission to transform Chhattisgarh. Recognising the importance of securing the future of the children in Chhattisgarh, the Chief Minister visited a children’s home for mentally underdeveloped children to celebrate his birthday. He immediately announced a budget of Rs 25 crore for the construction of a new building on the premises. It is noteworthy that seven institutions, operated by the Social Welfare Department, are functioning in the old building in the Mana Camp area. Emotionally moved while celebrating his birthday amidst the children, the Chief Minister said, “When I entered the premises, I felt that this building has become old, and it is time to build a new one for the children. I am very happy that I came here on my birthday, and I fulfilled the need for a new building for the children. It is a privilege for me to be among these lovely children. Their affection and warmth will always be memorable for me. I will never forget celebrating my birthday amidst these children in such a special way”. To the tune of “Happy Birthday to You,” he cut the cake with the children. The children also happily presented the Chief Minister with rose flowers and offered him cake.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that children have wished me in their own ways and also presented gifts and I am grateful. The Chief Minister was aware of the talents of the children and wished them a bright future. He said that today, children have also received battery-operated tricycles, which will make their lives easier. Shri Sai has announced a fund of Rs 25 crore for the construction of new buildings for seven institutions running here today. This initiative aims to enhance facilities for children and uplift their morale.
On this occasion, Anmol Patle, a deaf-mute student who is studying fine arts, made a sketch of the Chief Minister with his own hands and presented it to him. Divyang Punaram Nishad presented a portrait of Chief Minister that he had made as a gift.
Pooja, a mute and deaf student of the institution, conveyed birthday wishes to the Chief Minister in sign language. The Chief Minister applauded Pooja.
Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai distributed tricycles and wheelchairs to the divyang girls at a children’s home for mentally underdeveloped children. The divyang girls extended birthday wishes to the Chief Minister and expressed their gratitude, stating, “This means a lot to us. With these tricycles, we can now independently fulfill our important tasks.”
