Chandigarh, September 24 – Haryana Deputy Chief Minister, Mr. Dushyant Chautala has said that the state will ensure that there is no railway crossing with gate across the state till the end of this year.
The Deputy Chief Minister was addressing a public gathering at the inauguration of the Railway Over Bridge (ROB) prepared at a cost of Rs 25 crore at the railway station at Nalwa-Umra Road in Hansi today.
Deputy Chief Minister said that the government has ensured that the pace of development is not affected by the Corona pandemic. Sharing more details he said all the railway crossings in the state have been upgraded except 53 such railway crossings. He further added that by the end of this year no such railway crossing will be allowed in the state. Minister of State for Archaeology & Museums and Labour & Employment, Mr. Anoop Dhanak was also present on the occasion.
With the inauguration of the ROB in Hansi, the route will connect village Umra, Sultanpur, and Khanak. This bridge will be very important for the development of Hansi.
