Haryana Health Minister, Sh. Anil Vij has directed all the civil surgeons of the State not to take any negligence in the treatment of covid patients and admission to the hospital.

Anil Vij directed all the Police Commissioners and Superintendents of Police to be deployed at crowded places so that COVID-19 guidelines can be strictly adhered to

Chandigarh, April 30 – Haryana Health Minister, Sh. Anil Vij has directed all the civil surgeons of the State not to take any negligence in the treatment of covid patients and admission to the hospital.

        The Health Minister said that it has been observed that on arrival of VIPs in hospitals, there is an obstacle in the treatment and admission of Covid patients. Due to this, not only the patients are sufferings, but their families are facing tough time handling this mental trauma. He said that the first priority of our government is to give best treatments to the patients so all CMOs should ensure that patients are not ignored on the movement of any VIP and patients should be catered with complete care.

        Along with this, Sh. Anil Vij has appealed to all the social, political, business and religious organizations of the State including other interested institutions to start a “Roti Bank” for corona patients admitted to the hospitals in their respective areas. This will help the Covid patients and their attendants admitted in the hospital. While appreciating the ongoing Roti Bank being run in Ambala Cantt Hospital for nearly 4 years, he said that this Roti Bank is working as a lifeline for the patients and their relatives in the hospital.
