Chandigarh, May 31: Chairperson, Haryana State Social Welfare Board, Smt. Malik Rosy Anand, said that the officials of the Board should work to break the cycle of COVID-19 pandemic in the state. For this, on June 4, 2021 all the counseling centres under the Board, in collaboration with the Health Department, have been asked to organize special vaccination camps. She was presiding over a virtual meeting with all the office bearers of Family Counselling Centres being run across the state.

She said that we have to cooperate fully in the vaccination campaign being run by the government and make the lives of citizens safer by getting more and more vaccinations done. Therefore, vaccination camps should be set up at every district level. She also asked to organize blood donation camps at the Family Counseling Centre in each district on June 11, 2021 to meet the increasing demand of blood in hospitals.

Several officers including Secretary, Haryana State Social Welfare Board Sh. Abhishek Kumar, Board Councellor, Km. Pooja attended the meeting.
