Chandigarh, May 19: The ‘CPGRAMS portal’ launched by Haryana Education Department for the resolution of complaints has proved effective due to which the grievances of the people will be resolved on the online portal instead of registering complaints at Shiksha Sadan, Panchkula.
Giving detailed information in this regard, Deputy Director, Directorate of Secondary Education Grievance Cell, Smt. Urmila Bangar today said that the department has prepared Director, Secondary Education Department Portal Number-1 and Director, Secondary Education Department Portal Number-2 for receiving complaints.
She said that during the month of April, 4530 complaints were received on portal number-1 and 347 complaints on portal number-2, out of which 4272 and 346 complaints were resolved respectively.
