Chandigarh, July 22– Department of School Education, Haryana has selected 44 teachers for the State Teacher Award for the year 2020. They will be honoured on the occasion of Teachers’ Day on September 5, 2021.
Giving information in this regard, an official spokesperson said that every year, excellent teachers are honoured with ‘State Teacher Award’ by the State Government. Last year, this award was not given due to Corona pandemic. He said that the Department has selected 44 teachers for ‘State Teacher Award-2020’ as per the prescribed parameters. The list of all the selected teachers has been uploaded on the website of the Department.
