2 Police officers and officials of Haryana Police selected for President’s Police Medal for Distinguished Service
Chandigarh, Aug 14, 2020. – On the eve of Independence Day, 12 Police officers and officials of Haryana Police have been selected for President’s Police Medal for Distinguished Service and Police Medal for Meritorious Service.
While giving this information here today, a Haryana Police spokesperson said that Arshinder Singh Chawla, ADGP Administration, Police Headquarters has been selected to be awarded the President’s Police Medal for Distinguished Service whereas 11 others have been selected to be decorated with Police Medal for Meritorious service.
Those who have been selected to be decorated with Police Medal for Meritorious Service include Ram Lal, Inspector, Chandigarh, Rakesh Mani, Sub-Inspector Rohtak, Mohinder Singh ORP Sub-Inspector Panchkula, Jagdish Parshad Sub-Inspector HAP, Madhuban, Ravinder Singh Sub-Inspector Rewari, Nihal Singh Sub-Inspector Faridabad, Maha Singh Sub-Inspector Panchkula, Ram Kumar Exemptee Sub Inspector/SHO Traffic Shahzadpur, Ambala, Karambir Singh Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) Cyber Cell, Karnal, Rajesh Kumar ASI Crime Panchkula, and Shiv Kumar Exemptee ASI State Crime Bureau, Panchkula.
The Director-General of Police (DGP), Haryana, Sh Manoj Yadava congratulated all the Police Officers and officials who have been selected to be decorated with Police Medals on the occasion of Independence Day. “It is a great honor for the entire Police force. The recognition of their tireless and relentless efforts at the national level would go a long way to further boost their morale as well as of others, added the DGP.”
