5 cases resolved with mutual consent in Lok Adalat organised at REAT

In the National Lok Adalat held on December 11 at Madhya Pradesh Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, REAT Bhopal, 5 cases were resolved with mutual consent. The resolved cases were related to the liability of one crore 56 lakh 56 thousand 448 rupees.

Registrar Madhya Pradesh Real Estate Appellate Tribunal has informed that 16 cases were presented in Lok Adalat. Out of these, the cases of MP Housing Infrastructure Development Board vs. Balbir Singh Raghuvanshi, Kanakbeli Developers and Builders Pvt Ltd vs. Rekha Sawale, Kunwar Udai Singh vs. Chinar Builders and others, Sarthak Innovation vs. Piyush and Himanshu Infrastructure Pvt Ltd vs. Prakash Lonare and others were resolved with mutual consent. The Division Bench constituted for the National Lok Adalat was headed by Shri AM Saxena and the members were advocates Shri Rahul Ganeshe and Shri Sambhav Sogani.
