The Government procurement agencies have procured 666476.86 metric tonnes of paddy in Punjab on 31 October,2021 in this Season.
Disclosing this here today, Food and Civil Supplies Minister Punjab Mr. Bharat Bhushan Ashu said the Government procurement agencies procured total 11509675.07 MT and 49409 MT paddy procured by private Millers.

He said that a total of 11799065.26 metric tonnes of paddy has arrived in the state so far and out of which 11559084.07 metric tonnes of paddy has been Procured.
Mr. Ashu said department has cleared 18044.71 Cr. Rupee of farmers
