Chandigarh, October 24 – The Haryana Government has intensified its campaign against people conducting illegal fetal sex determination. The team of Health Department of Mahendragarh and Rewari district together with the police raided a diagnostic centre and succeeded in arresting a person.
An official spokesperson said that the Civil Surgeon of Narnaul received a tip that a person illegally conducts fetal sex determination test, on which teams of health departments of Narnaul and Rewari districts were formed, along with a sub-inspector of police and a head constable. The team raided Garg Ultrasound and Diagnostic Centre at Kosli in Rewari district and after questioning and investigation, the police arrested Om Prakash resident of Sudhrana, Lilodh, Rewari from there.
