CM Window and Twitter handle are proving helpful in resolving disputes related to plots and properties

Chandigarh, November 18– The CM window and Twitter handle which was launched by the Chief Minister of Haryana, Sh. Manohar Lal at all district mini secretariat and sub-divisional level with the view to take up all grievances of the general public directly under his consideration is already outperforming. Now this system has proved to be helpful in resolving many disputes related to plots in cities like Gurugram.

OSD to Chief Minister, Sh. Bhupeshwar Dayal has been monitoring this arrangement in Chandigarh for the last several years. The greivances resolution system on CM window is immesely robust that complaints have been also resolved in the time frame of three and a half hours. Sh. Bhupeshwar Dayal said that it is our endeavour that as soon as the complaint is uploaded or after a tweet comes, the complainant should be satisfied in the shortest possible time.

The issue of houses that came inside the NPR of Dwarka Expressway road was resolved

He said that Kanwar Singh of Khedki Daula, Gurugram complained that 96 houses in Sector 37 came in the NPR road for land acquisition for Dwarka Expressway but draw of only 47 houses were initiated, while there is a refusal to conduct the second draw for the rest of the houses and plots. Some people had gone to the High Court regarding this matter so that a settlement could be reached between both the parties. He said that though it took some time to settle the matter in the court but ultimately the matter was resolved. Plot number 776 of the complainant Kanwar Singh of Sector 37 was resolved and on September 20, 2021, the complainant had given his satisfaction in this matter.

In the report sent by the Estate Officer-1 of Haryana Urban Development Authority to the Chief Minister’s Office, it has also been informed that the matter has been completely resolved.

Refund initiated for a pending matter of “The Balcony MRG-World” project of Sector-93

According to Sh. Bhupeshwar Dayal, one complaint of Jataula village came through the CM window in which it was mentioned that, “For the project, the complainant had deposited an amount of Rs. 1,23,671 through NEFT but the flat did not come out in the draw, then the developers of MRG-World refused to return the amount for the last one year and the complainants were being harrassed due to regular visits.

He said that as soon as the complaint was received in the Chief Minister’s Office, cognizance was taken and keeping in mind the financial condition of the family, the developers were directed to return the amount deposited by the complainant along with interest. He said that the developers have sent this amount to the complainant account through cheque.

Similarly, Government contractor, Sh. Aditya Prakash Gupta had sent a complaint on CM Window number that Haryana Urban Development Authority, Gurugram is not paying for the work done by him. Cognizance was taken by the Chief Minister’s Office and Sh. Gupta was informed on his mobile number that his complaint has been received and the process of redressal has been initiated.

OSD to Chief Minister, Sh. Bhupeshwar Dayal informed that in his report sent by the Executive Engineer and Sub Divisional Engineer of Haryana Urban Development Authority, it has been informed that on October 14, 2021, the complaint of Aditya Prakash Gupta contractor has been resolved and the complainant has expressed its satisfaction in this matter. Cross checking was done by the Chief Minister’s Office and when Sh. Gupta was asked, he said that the payment for his work has been received and for this he is sincerely grateful to the officers and officials associated with the CM Window Office.
