Looking at Modi’s increasing popularity among people of Punjab, CM Channi conspired to block his way

Frightened by the growing popularity of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and BJP within Punjab, Punjabis and Sikhs, the ruling Congress Government of Punjab deliberately got blocked the path of PM at Ferozepur on January 5, Harjit Singh Grewal, senior leader of Bharatiya Janata Party and National Executive Member, said on Saturday.

Grewal blamed the Punjab government and said that earlier the state government did not fulfill its responsibility under the rules for the security of the Prime Minister. As many as 150 people were deliberately asked to block the way.
Case has been registered saying unidentified on those who blocked but they can be identified from live videos on Facebook, media interviews and news. Police officers are seen having tea with them at the scene, chatting with them laughingly. Still, Punjab Police has registered case on unidentified people indicating that it is a political conspiracy?
While the successive Congress governments at the Center, since 1984, ensured that the Congress leaders responsible for the 1984 Sikh genocide were not punished, Narendra Modi, after becoming the Prime Minister, ensured that the culprits for this massacre were punished. Yes, and that is why Congress MP Sajjan Kumar was sentenced to life imprisonment and is now in jail, Grewal said.
Grewal said that taking out his anger, at the behest of Congress President Sonia Gandhi, Punjab Chief Minister S. Charanjit Singh Channi and Home Minister Sukhjinder Randhawa not only blocked the path of the Prime Minister of the country, Narendra Modi, but also put his security in danger.
Grewal further said that Modi’s special love for Sikhs is also shown by the fact that he cleared the names from the black list of Sikhs, opened the Kartarpur Corridor for which Sikhs were praying for 70 years, the Sikhs trapped in Afghanistan not only returned safely, rather, he ensured that the holy Sri Guru Granth Sahib came to India as per religious norms. Modi not only removed the legal hurdles under FCRA and facilitated donations directly to the accounts of Golden Temple from all over the world, but also made the langar tax free.
Modi ji ensured that the 550th Prakash Parv of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, 400th Prakash Purb of Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji and 350th Prakash Purb of Guru Gobind Singh Ji are celebrated by the Government of India across the country as well as abroad. While fulfilling the demand of 1.16 lakh Sikh refugees from Pakistan for equal rights in Jammu and Kashmir since the country’s independence, Modi took personal interest and ensured that they get domicile and right to vote.
Grewal finally said that when Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi, Home Minister Sukhjinder Randhawa and DGP Chattopadhyay conspired to lapse into the security of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, no hope of justice could be expected from them. People of Punjab will punish these people in the coming elections on 14th of February.
