Haryana Deputy Chief Minister presides over a meeting of Civil Aviation Department
Chandigarh, June 8 :- Haryana Deputy Chief Minister, Sh. Dushyant Chautala has directed officers to complete the outstanding work of ‘Integrated Aviation-Hub’ of Hisar within the stipulated time frame. He added that any sort of laxity will not be tolerated at any cost.
The Deputy Chief Minister, who also holds the portfolio of the Civil Aviation Department, chaired a meeting of senior officers of the Department here today. Officers of other Departments related to the work of ‘Integrated Aviation-Hub’ also attended the meeting.
On this occasion, Sh. Dushyant Chautala while reviewing the ongoing construction works for ‘Integrated Aviation-Hub’ said that all the Departments should work in mutual coordination and follow up the works related to the Central Government and get them accomplished as soon as possible. He said that the process of transfer of 3rd Battalion of GLF Hisar and HAP land to the Civil Aviation Department should be started soon and land available should be made available at other places for the said force.
The Deputy Chief Minister directed to expedite the process of granting CLU for airports and industries in ‘Integrated Aviation-Hub’ and timely completion of environmental clearance for IMC project and also directed to prioritize the work of drinking water and rainwater drainage at the International Airport of Hisar. He discussed various issues including setting up of 33 KV sub-station at the airport, boundary wall and fencing on it, construction of alternate road of Barwala road, preparation of hangars and emphasis on bringing quality in construction works.
On this occasion, Additional Chief Secretary, Power Department, Haryana, Sh. PK Das, Additional Chief Secretary, Home Department, Sh. Rajiv Arora, Additional Chief Secretary, Finance and Planning Department, Sh. T.V.S.N. Prasad, Additional Chief Secretary, Civil Aviation Department, Sh. Sudhir Rajpal, Haryana Police DGP, Sh. PK Agrawal, Advisor, Civil Aviation, Sh. K. Makarand Pandurang and other senior officers were present.
