Kargil, 02 July, 2022: Executive Councilor for Tourism, RD and Zanskar Affairs, LAHDC, Kargil Er Punchok Tashi on Friday visited Tangkar village of Zanskar sub division where he was warmly welcomed by the villagers.
The villagers and Ama Tsogpa of the village raised their issues and demands. The EC assured them to solve their issues and fulfill their genuine demands.
En route to Kargil, EC Tashi also inspected the ongoing work of NH-301 and met the officials of the construction agency. He instructed the agency officials to increase the pace and quality of work in view of the short working season. He also instructed the officials to clear the surface road so the vehicles and passengers do not suffer.
