Deputy Commissioner, Rahul Yadav today held a meeting of the concerned officers to discuss about coming Dussehra and Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi festival. Discussions were done on the important arrangements, including uninterrupted supply of Power and water, medical facilities, security, adequate ration, sanitation besides others related issues. The DC asked the officers of PHE and PDD to make sure uninterrupted water and power supply during the holy days and asked the Municipal authorities to ensure cleanliness for the conveniences of the devotees. He asked the police authorities to ensure adequate security arrangements.
The AD Food was directed to provide ration to the people in advance, while R&B department was directed to repair the roads, wherever required. The CMO and EO Municipality were told to arrange Sanitizers and Masks and make the arrangements for medical facilities. DDC asked to follow all the guidelines to avoid any risk of Corono Virus.
Senior Superintendent of Police Ramesh Angral, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Basharat Hussain, ACR, Zaheer Ahmed Kaifi, all officers besides heads representatives of religious organizations and prominent citizens were present.
