The Chief Minister gave directions in Gram Sanrakshak Samvad Programme
Chandigarh, November 30 – Haryana Government led by the Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal is committed to uplift the villages of the state. Besides making concrete efforts to resolve issues of villagers at the village level, the state government is committed to deliver welfare schemes at the doorsteps. The live example of such constructive efforts of the state government was seen today when the Chief Minister was interacting with the Gram Sanrakshaks through audio conferencing under the ‘Gram Sanrakshak Samvad’ Programme.
The Chief Minister interacted with thousands of Gram Sanrakshaks across the state through audio-conference from his residence today. Under the ‘Haryana Panchayat Sanrakshak Yojana -2021′, Class-I officers serving in various departments were nominated as Gram Sanrakshak, wherein the officers will ensure to resolve the problems of the villagers and ensure the holistic development of the village adopted by them.
Administer oath to the elected representatives of Panchayati Raj Institutions on December 3, 2022
Sh. Manohar Lal directed the Gram Sanrakshaks that they must reach their respective allotted villages on December 3, 2022 and they will administer oath to the elected representatives of Panchayati Raj Institutions. Apart from this, they will also cooperate in the making and distribution of Chirayu cards on December 10, 2022.
The Chief Minister further said that in the first week of every month, he will communicate with the Gram Sanrakshaks so that their feedback on assigned tasks can be taken from them.
Constitute a committee of youth and social workers directs Chief Minister
While inspiring the Gram Sanrakshaks to extend their social service to the society, the Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal said that they should meet the sarpanch and other volunteers to discuss the core issues of the village allotted to them. He said that they must solve the problems of the villages by making proper coordination with the concerned departmental officers. During last time, while reviewing the work of verifying the income in Parivar Pehchan Patra, maintenance of parks and gymnasiums, maintenance of cremation grounds and anganwadis under Shiv Dham Vikas Yojana, the Chief Minister urged to form a committee of the youth, retired employees and officers of the concerned village so that they can participate in the work of social service.
The Chief Minister assigned four new tasks to the Gram Sanrakshaks
While infusing the spirit of social service among the Gram Sanrakshaks, the Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal said that work for the society is possible by extending efforts from heart. Assigning four new tasks, he said that Gram Sanrakshaks will also be evaluated on the basis of 8 assigned tasks. Gram Sanrakshaks will reach the village on December 3, 2022 to administer oath to the sarpanches and panches, and on December 10 to distribute the new Chirayu cards. They will also have to visit the senior secondary schools to review the utilization of the tablets given to the students and verify the income of 25 additional families in the village. The Chief Minister said that the assigned task of getting the Parivar Pehchan Patra completed should be done soon. He further directed to complete all eight tasks by the end of December and submit their report on the portal www.intraharyana.gov.in.
On this occasion, Chief Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Sh. D.S Dhesi,, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Sh. V. Umashankar, Additional Principal Secretary and Director General, Information, Public Relations and Languages Department, Dr. Amit Kumar Agrawal and other senior officers were also present.
