Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha has sended his warm greetings on the occasion of Mahanavami and Dussehra to the people of Jammu & Kashmir. In a message, the Lt Governor has prayed for peace, happiness and development in the Union Territory.
‘Mahanavami marks the end of the 9-day Navratra festival and the devotees are filled with full energy and enthusiasm in their lives. On the significance of Dussehra, the Lt Governor said that the day marks the victory of good over evil. He said that the day gives us hope that the most powerful things could be defeated by staying positive. May we all achieve victory over evils.
