An expert lecture at the auditorium of Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh, on October 26, 2023. was organized by Dr. Shobhna Dhiman Associate Professor, Physics Department of Renowned Scientist, Prof. Sunil K. Gupta entitled Cosmic Rays to Space Weather: A triumph of curiosity and technology. Professor Sunil K. Gupta is distinguished physicist, currently holding the prestigious title of Raja Ramanna Fellow at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research in Mumbai, Maharashtra, bringing his wealth of knowledge to an eager audience.
Professor Gupta, captivated the audience with his talk, which centered on the fascinating subjects of high-energy muon detectors and thunderstorm sensors.
