Minister for Panchayat and Rural Development, Labor Shri Prahlad Singh Patel, while reviewing departmental activities at Mantralaya here today, gave instructions to develop an effective communication system with regular data updation of e-Panchayats.
Minister Shri Patel was reviewing the technical resources with the Panchayats and their utilization at the Madhya Pradesh Tech e-Panchayat Society.
Principal Secretary Shri Manu Srivastava, Secretary Shri Dhananjay Singh, Director PanchayatShri Kedar Singh and senior officers were present.
Rural Development Minister Shri Patel gave instructions to prepare a comprehensive website of the department. He said that information about various projects and missions under the Rural Development Department is brought together on one platform.
Shri Patel apprised himself ofthe sets of information about the activities being uploaded in the portal of PanchayatDarpan. He was informed about the completion of works being done in the district and gram panchayats of Narsinghpur district.
Shri Patel also reviewed the activities of Common Service Centers (CSC) operative in rural areas. He asked the officers concerned to efficiently utilizethem. Shri Patel directed the departmental officers that the websites on various departments, projects and programmesshould be updated regularly. He said that the people will be able to know the ongoing activities.
