Sunil Prajapati, President BJP OBC Morcha and Star Campaigner for the Election, who is compaigning for the party in Peer Panchal Region of Poonch-Rajouri conducted series of meetings of OBC masses in the Area where he received very positive response from the public in favour of BJP. The people of every constituency of the peer panchal region are happy because of Pahari ST status being given to them and also appreciated the development and welfare schemes initiated by the Modi Govt and shown their complete faith in the BJP and rejected the National Conference (NC) ideology which has dominated the peer Panchal region for decades but neglected as no development taken places in region and many villages lacks road connectivity and the villagers use self-carved footpaths to reach their houses.
The Gujjar Community in the peer Panchal region also rejected the ideology of National Conference (NC) which denied the political reservation to them though they fall under ST Category. The NC and Congress parties have used the Gujjar Community for vote bank only and kept away from the constitutional rights of political reservation, which has now been granted by the Modi Govt first time after abrogation of Article 370. The whole Gujjar Community has shown great faith in the BJP and large number of NC workers from Gujjar Community in many villages joined the BJP in preserce of Sunil Prajapati and Shafeeq Chowdhary. The Program was organised by Ramesh Chander (District President OBC Morcha Rajouri) .
All workers of NC of Gujjar dominated Village Dharman in Budhal Constituency alongwith whole population of the village joined BJP with the influence of Sunil Prajapati.
Sunil Prajapati during last 5 days had conducted large number of meetings with OBC and Gujjar community people of the twin Districts of Poonch and Rajouri in the region and highlight the Developments and Welffare Schemes initiated by the Modi Govt for the welfare and upliftment of the poor, monetary relief to the small farmers and various schemes the betterment of Women including Beti Bachao and Beti Padao, Sukanya Samridhi Yojna and Ladli Beti Yojana. He also mentioned that the youths which were being used for stone pelting in the valley by certain parties will now decide their future by casting their votes against the parties who have ruled the Jammu and Kashmir for seven decades and given deaths and terrorism due to their soft corner for the terrorists. But under the Modi Govt stone pelting has been stopped completely and the Jammu and Kashmir is leading towards the development and advancement after abrogation of Article 370.
Prajapati also expressed that the BJP will emerge as the largest party after election and will be going to form the Govt at its own and if needed with support of like minded parties. The people of the peer Panchal region are very impressed with policies and welfare measures undertaken by the Modi Govt and have expressed their complete support for the BJP in the Assembly election.
