Haryana State Haj Committee invites applications to perform Haj pilgrimage 2021
Chandigarh, December 14: Haryana State Haj Committee has invited applications from Hajis to perform Haj pilgrimage in the year – 2021. The last date to apply has been extended from December 10, 2020 to January 10, 2021. Applications with prescribed documents can be submitted on the website of All India Haj Committee http://hajcommittee.gov.in through the mobile app of Haj Committee.
Giving information in this regard, an official spokesperson said that a maximum of three persons can apply on one cover number and at the time of application, the age of the applicant should not be less than 18 years or more than 65 years. Women applying without Maharam category should not be less than 45 years and not more than 65 years at the time of application, he added. He said that the passport of the applicant should be valid till January 10, 2022 and the passport should have been issued before the last date of submission of application for Haj. After filling the application form, it should be uploaded after which the registration fee of Rs. 300 per applicant can be paid online by e-payment or by downloading the pay-in slip available on the website to be paid to Haj Committee India’s State Bank of India account number 35398104789 as Haj Pilgrim Processing Fee or Union Bank of India account number 318702010406010, he added. He said that only after this a print out can be taken and all the forms will be in JPG format.
He said that those desirous of going on Haj are requested to take a print out of the online form and send it to the Haryana State Haj Committee, Haryana Civil Secretariat, Chandigarh, after pasting their photograph which should be between 100×148 pixels and 5 Kb to 20 Kb. The estimated cost for Hajjis going from Delhi Embarkation Centre during Haj 2021 will be Rs. 3,44,809.
