FCR praised the work of the District Administration in Svamitva Yojana
Chandigarh, March 30- Haryana Financial Commissioner, Revenue Sanjeev Kaushal on Tuesday worked assiduously with the concerned department officers regarding the progress of making villages Lal Dora-free being carried out across the state under the Svamitva Yojana through video conferences from Chandigarh. He directed the officers of the team of Survey of India to deploy the teams which have finished the work of drone mapping to other areas and to ensure timely availability of the survey map to the concerned district. He added that there should be no delay in this work.
Kaushal was reviewing the Svamitva Yojana with the Deputy Commissioners through video conferencing. Kaushal appreciated the officers of the District Administration, Panchayat Department and Revenue Department for the work being done on the Svamitva Yojana in the district. He said that all the Deputy Commissioners should double their targets each week in their respective districts so as to make the villages Lal Dora free to expedite the implementation of the Scheme. He said that it is the vision of the Chief Minister, Manohar Lal to make the villages of the state Lal Dora free.The Scheme has been appreciated at the national level and has been implemented by the Government of India in the country as Svamitva Yojana.
After Haryana, many states have started working on this scheme. He informed that the work of making villages in areas of Local Body Lal Dora free is in progress and should be completed soon.
