BUDGAM, MAY 08: On the directions of Divisional Commissioner Kashmir P K Pole, a team of Excise Department accompanied by Revenue Department Budgam and Police personnel today destroyed Poppy cultivation on 3 three kanals of land at village Mamamat Budgam.
The Tehsildar Budgam who supervised the whole proceedings said that the drive launched today will continue with more vigour and force and will be result oriented.
People in general particularly from the concerned village appreciated and hailed the initiative launched by the administration.
