CM Chouhan plants Amla sapling in residence

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan planted a plant of Amla in his residence today. Amla is called Amritphal or Dhatriphal in Ayurveda. According to Ayurveda, amla is one such fruit, which has countless benefits. Regular intake of amla enhances the body’s immunity. Amla is not only beneficial for the skin and hair, but also acts as a medicine for many diseases. Amla is used for diseases of digestive system and jaundice. Amla is rich in vitamins, minerals, and nutrients, which make amla full of precious properties.
