There should be full participation of the concerned for community cleanliness

Governor Shri Mangubhai Patel inspected the Raj Bhavan complex today. He talked with officers and employees regarding the gardens, buildings and arrangements of Raj Bhavan. Shri Patel said that special attention should be done for cleanliness and maintenance arrangements in Raj Bhavan. Cleanliness work should be done regularly. The residents of the staff premises should participate in the works of community cleanliness. Arrangements should be made for cleanliness works by making roster on regular basis. Governor Shri Patel said that wherever repairs are needed in the buildings, they should be done at the earliest. Regular trials of instruments, equipment etc. should also be done, the systems should be reviewed regularly. Doing so increases the lifespan of buildings. Their usefulness also increases. He said that in the care of the trees and plants of the gardens, work should be done with full diligence. They should be checked regularly. Trees and plants are very sensitive. As much we take care of them. They give us much more in return than that. Keep updating about the beautification of the gardens continuously. He also inspected the organic manure production system at Raj Bhavan. The Governor also visited the guest house at Raj Bhavan. Important guidelines were also given to the concerned regarding hospitality arrangements including rooms.
