4. The right time to apply a Deodorant: We all wear perfume after a shower in the morning
which is wrong because it clogs your sweat pores and washes away when you sweat throughout
the day. The best time to wear perfume is before going to bed at night as a deodorant lasts 24
hours which means your sweat pores would still be plugged when you shower the next morning.

5. Wearing your running shoes: The first thing we learn as a kid is how to tie laces which is
quite intimidating for a child. Once we grow up it becomes a casual sport for us. This is a usual
mistake because we do not notice our shoes properly. The extra holes one would find in running
shoes can be used to tighten the fit, thus, preventing blisters.

Life is a process of continuous change. It is never too late to become aware of and adapt to new
habits.
