Vocational education should be result oriented. The work of solving the needs and problems of agriculture, animal husbandry and industries should be done by the universities. He has said that for meaningful education, it is necessary to keep pace with the present needs as well as the needs of the future. The works should be reviewed on the basis of what is the contribution of the educational institution in the development of the area. He called for restructuring the course module for multi-exit and multi-entry arrangements.
