Chandigarh, August 30 2021 Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal announced Rs. 6 crore for Sumit Antil for winning a gold medal and setting a world record in javelin throw and Rs. 4 crore for Yogesh Kathuniya for winning silver medal in discus throw F-56 in Tokyo Paralympics. Haryana government will also give government jobs to them.

The Chief Minister said that Sumit Antil has won the hearts of the people of Haryana as well as the entire nation by winning a gold medal with a world record in javelin throw at Tokyo Paralympics.

Saluting his spirit, the Chief Minister congratulated him on his historic performance.

The Chief Minister said that Yogesh Kathuniya, a resident of Bahadurgarh, who won a silver medal in Discus Throw F-56, has brought laurels not only to Haryana but also to the country. The Chief Minister has congratulated Yogesh, while wishing him a bright future.
