Taking action on a complaint received at the CM Window regarding giving plots on agricultural land without valid permission and construction of a farm house in village Bakshiwala of District Panchkula, the Town and Country Planning Department has razed the illegal structure and restored status quo.
Giving information in this regard, an official spokesperson said that a female resident of Bakshiwala village had stated in the complaint given on the CM window that some powerful people of the village were giving plots on agricultural land without permission. Apart from this, a farm house is also being built by them. The complainant said that these people are selling plots at arbitrary prices. While on one hand, this is affecting the state revenue, the buyers are also being cheated as agricultural land is being sold illegally.
