- New dates to be announced after the situation normalises
Chandigarh, March 6: The Punjab Tourism and Cultural affairs department has postponed the International Punjabi Film Festival due to the threat of Corona Virus. The decision in this regard was taken during a meeting with the Tourism and Cultural Affairs Minister Mr. Charanjit Singh Channi here today.
The Minister said that the Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh has already issued an advisory to the people of the state to keep away from congested and crowded places, as a preventive measure.
He said that new dates for the International Film festival would be announce as the situation normalizes.
