Airstrips will be made in every district of the state

CM Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has informed that airstrips will be built in every district of the state to fulfill PM Shri Narendra Modi’s dream of connecting small towns by air. Also, necessary arrangements will be made to connect the districts with UDAN. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan today launched new IndiGo flights from Jabalpur to Delhi, Indore and Mumbai through video conference with Union Civil Aviation Minister Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia. CM Shri Chouhan also requested Union Minister Shri Scindia to name Jabalpur Airport after Rani Durgavati. CM Shri Chouhan said that this would be an honour of the emotions of the people.
